Luke, I Am Your Sister.

So my oldest sister somehow obtained a Darth Vader mask. One day, when my other sister and I went to do laundry at her place, she opened the door. The rest explains itself.
Sorry about the lack of post last week, but Blogger was under construction, so it wouldn't let me sign in. Sorry, blokes and ladies!

Hip Hop Versus Hip Pop.

I'm a fan of old-school Hip Hop. We're talking Wu-Tang Clan (and it's associated members, except for Ol' Dirty Bastard. His voice annoyed me), Tupac, Run DMC, and Public Enemy. It's loud and the beats are awesome.
The Black Eyed Peas, Lil' Wayne, and other kinds of modern "hip hop" don't really strike me as hip hop anymore, because that core bass drum/kick drum component is gone. It's basically dance music with black people in it so as to retain some form of hip-hop credibility. People will probably disagree with me (I'd be surprised if they didn't), but this is how I see things.

It's Just Not A Word.

"Joob" isn't a word. According to my brother, it means "a dastardly dude," but it doesn't, really. Because it shouldn't exist.
My brother has a habit of trying to make up words every now and then. Really, I could make this entire comic about strange things he says.

The Closest of Friends

During the holidays, my brother, me, and one of my sisters watched that one movie, The Fantastic Four, on television. I only liked it because Michael Chiklis, who played detective Vic Mackey on The Shield (Hereafter referred to as the BEST SHOW EVER) played Ben Grimm, or The Thing (for you comic book lovers out there). The BEST PART? They actually use the word "mook," because they're in New York, you see? Everyone says "mook" in New York (also, this is patently untrue. I'm making fun of the movie). My brother didn't know what a "mook" was, so I enlightened him.
Also, sorry for the late update today. I had to tape the top part of the paper because after my drawing pad got wet that one time, it tears really easily. Also, it's hard to draw a comic when there is NOWHERE COMFORTABLE in my apartment to draw it. I need a for-realsies drafting table.

It Just Won't End Well.

So, I didn't ink this one very well. I won't point out the flaws because you can probably see them yourself.
My sister's friend, Torres, is a cool guy. He's a bit of a bro, but he is very aware of it. However, being that I am a bit of a dork, he has apparently expressed the wish to take me out and make me cool. I'm pretty sure it will be a colossal failure.

H.O.U.S (Hairballs Of Unusual Size)

Before I moved into my apartment, I had to crash with one of my sisters for a week. Her shower didn't drain as fast as one would expect, but she had already lived there for a few months, and just took it for granted that it was a slow drain. And then she made a horrible discovery. Whoever had lived there before her had left a part of themselves behind. A hairy part. A hairy part that was clogging the drain. It was pretty gross.

Confusing, but Amusing

It's been a while since we've had a week of plain ol' comics.
I really don't know what my brother meant, or why he confused the usual phrase that claims the passenger seat of a car. Me and my sister immediately decided to replace "SHOTGUN!" with "DRUGS!" I hope this doesn't unnerve the police.
