Where Everybody Knows Your Name.

So I've entered the job hunt again after leaving my last gig (which you've seen occasionally here as Yogurt & Stuff). So I am back to being unemployed. I never intend to be that way for long. I don't think anyone does.
Remember, click on the image to make it bigger! Also, bonus points to the people who can guess which comic book character the barkeep here is based on!

Oops Again.

Hey, guys,

So some really crappy stuff happened and I couldn't get a comic together for today. But there will be a comic on Thursday!

Y'all rule,
Jose

DAMN IT.

Hey, guys,

I know GD has been broadcasting really infrequently lately, and I'm really sorry about that. You guys are great readers for sticking it out, though. I really appreciate that.
Sadly enough, though, some stuff is going down right now, and it requires a lot of time and energy, which, sadly, I have to sacrifice some GD time for. Remember this post? Yeah, something similar is happening. I hate to do this, but I need to go on a two-week break so I can smooth some stuff over.
Thanks, guys! I'm really sorry, but there's still the Links section! Check it out!
You are awesome readers!Link

Guess Who Has REALLY Shitty Luck.

Me. The guy who draws this comic and stuff. I have the shitty luck. Turns out some drunk dude totalled my car while it was parked on the street one night, and then he ran off like a pussy. So, it's gone. Like, forever. Not only that, but given the amount of rain, guess whose comic archives GOT WET. Again, me. It's me. I'm the one whose archives got wet. And the pad of paper that I draw the comics on got wet, too. Either I have to wait for it to dry, or I just have to get a whole new pad of drawing paper, depending on how it holds up ink after drying up. So until then, GD is down for the count. Sorry, guys, I've just had a really bad run of luck lately. Hopefully, the comic will be back up soon, but I have to lay out the archives and the pad of paper to dry. They are currently strewn on the couch in my apartment.

Raul Guzman, 1991-2010

Raul Guzman (b. 1991) was a young man who dreamed of being a sworn sheriff. He was stricken by bone cancer. After nearly two years of battling his illness, he died on August 10th, 2010. He was 19 years old.
Please, for those of you who read this, keep Raul in your prayers.
Here is a video of him being sworn in as a Deputy for a Day.
